Responsibilities:
- System installation, configurations,
testing and patching
- Systems administration, maintenance,
backup/restore, performance tuning
- Formulate disaster recovery procedures and
carry out sever restoration
- Install and configure security tools in
Wintel environment
- Creation and maintenance of technical
documentation
- Troubleshoot and configure network related
issues
- Handle 2nd level escalations from Helpdesk
Team
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science,
Engineering or related field
- Min 2 years experience in IT operations,
Network, System or Desktop Support
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
required for team lead or senior roles
- Technical knowledge of various OS
platforms – Windows/Unix/HP-UX or HP Openview
- Technical certifications in MCSE , CCNA or
Domino
- Understanding of ITIL or ITSM a plus
- Must have good verbal and written English
communication skills
