Senior IT Support Analyst
   

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultant service to business team, advise on team technical capability and support model
  • Evaluate the feasibility of solution
  • Work closely with business team for deal pursuit
  • Responsible for the delivery of tower operational services to the customer according to the Service Level Agreement
  • Organize technical trainings for team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cost management
  • Recommend and use new technology to improve productivity
  • Optimize support structure, centralize resource by different support levels
  • Control the cost of service procurement
  • Team development
  • Communicate with team about new technology and service
  • Provide training opportunity to improve team capability
  • Create job opportunity for team to practice
  • Customer/Partner satisfaction
  • Monitor service level performance and addresses customer satisfaction gaps and issues in service delivery
  • Develop solution that can satisfy customer requirement or fix problems
  • Understand requirement from customer or solution architecture, and give input for solution design
  • Communicate with customer to address technology issues (Technical skill, tool)
  • Attend account reviews, supports Account Delivery Manager to solve delivery technical issues
  • Service design and packaging
  • Develop suitable and cost effective solution to fit into customer requirement
  • Optimize service model (technical and structural), improve service quality
  • Develop and create more service offerings
  • Analyze availability performance and proposes service improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field plus 5 years’ directly related experience
  • At least 2 years’ in team leader position
  • Recognized technical expert (preferred) and has in-depth knowledge of technology
  • Recognized as a technical leader with a track record of excellence in Operations optimization, IT production and value creation
  • Good communication skill, fluent in English language
  • ITIL (ITSM) certified or equivalent knowledge expert will be preferred
